Last week, the stereo in Singateh’s Mitsubishi was stolen. So annoying!

Someone smashed the window of his car, entered and grabbed the stereo that cost thousands of dalasi. The incident took place when the international star was busy mixing some new tunes in his Pak Music recording studio.

Singateh told his Facebook followers: “Yes so last night I was the victim init, this little thief came all the way to my crib just to leave a mess, broke my car glass, and took the car stereo. He tried to remove the car battery but then I guess he doesn't know how to remove it.”

In a chat with What’s On-Gambia, the Bansang-born singer said he is always targeted by thieves. According to him, last year, an unidentified man also smashed one of his car windows and fled with valuables.

“So this is the third time it is happening to me,” he said.

The matter was reported to the police, but no arrest has been made. Singateh has now fixed the smashed window.
