One of the most talked about marriages of the year 2023 is about to crash, according to rumors reaching What's On-Gambia.

The husband is planning to send a divorce letter to the young woman's family after less than ten months of marriage. But she is trying to get elders to mediate between them and resolve their issues. 

"I heard the lady is fighting so hard to save the marriage from divorce," said a source, who begged for anonymity.

She continued: “But the man wants to turn the page and move on from the marriage.”

Divorce is no longer a taboo in The Gambia.
