Njie B (The Conqueror) wants to make it very clear that he does not have a secret wife in The Gambia.Â
The onetime popular reggae singer has jumped on Facebook to respond to his estranged Swedish wife’s allegation that he is secretly married to a Gambian woman.Â
The Conqueror is not taking the allegation lightly and wants his fans to know that he was being wrongly painted by the mother of his daughter. Â Â
Njie B wrote: “I came to Sweden 2012, 17th July. I break up with my baby mother, because she said that I have a wife in The Gambia. I want to ask Gambians if they ever heard that I am married in The Gambia and hiding it. Can any woman be kindly brave to say that I am her husband?â€Â
He added: “If a woman asks you to leave her house as a faithful man what would you do? If you preaching peace and love to mankind. I left the house after my daughter’s birthday. Don’t I have the right to another woman who would like to be with me?â€Â
Njie B’s response was not well received by some fans.  They said it was not smart of him to invite other people into his marital problems in public.Â
He was a talented reggae artist with a powerful voice. As a young man, Njie B was drawn to Rastafarianism and began growing dreadlocks. His first successful single was So I Pray, which became a hit.Â
