Brusubi Lower Basic School now has bigger and better classrooms, thanks to the MRC Holland Foundation.

The classrooms were built by Gigo Construction Ltd. In a Facebook post, they wrote: “First Class newly built and furnished 18 classrooms block at Brusubi Lower Basic School.

“Thanks to the sponsors-MRC Holland Foundation. Thanks to the active and committed workers of Gigo Construction Ltd.”

The famous construction company also shared photos of the classrooms, with many applauding them for a brilliant job.

One Abdoulie Sey wrote: “Wow so nice and fast. May God guide and protect the workers and the sponsors.”

A young teacher, Momodou B. Jallow thanked MRC Holland Foundation for supporting the Gambian education sector.

He said: “MRC Holland Foundation are really doing well in our country. May God bless them. They also sponsored my own school, Kabafita Upper Basic School in Brikama.”

Brusubi Lower Basic School’s upgrade will mean teachers can deliver quality education that the children of Brusubi and its neighboring settlements need to succeed.
