Two years after he took over as the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) of the Gambia Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Masanneh Kinteh took a second wife on Sunday, September 8. 

Sources disclosed to What's On-Gambia that the Lieutenant General tied the knot with a Badibunka girl.

The ceremony took place at a mosque in Illiasa followed by a low-key ceremony attended by relatives and close friends of the family. 

Kinteh was the Gambian ambassador to Havana, Cuba before his appointment as DCS in February 2017.
