A senior customs officer has been found dead in a hotel room in Nigeria after allegedly spending the night with three women.
The deceased, identified as a Nigerian Assistant Superintendent of Customs (ASC), was discovered lifeless by hotel staff around 8:30 a.m. when they went to clean the room.
Insiders at the hotel claimed the officer checked in with three women. Two reportedly spent the night with him, while a third joined them later and also lodged in the same hotel.
The shocking discovery has left many in disbelief, as authorities work to uncover what really happened that night.
Confirming the death, a spokesperson for the Nigeria Customs Service said the ASC’s family informed them of the incident.
“It’s true, but everybody has their personal life. He did not die in the line of duty,” the spokesperson stated.
“We don’t have details about what happened. All we know is that he has died.”
The cause of death remains unclear as investigations continue.
