Drama unfolded on a lonely stretch of road between Manjai and Bakoteh after a suspected OutLawz member was caught in the act inside his tinted ride.
A passerby, curious about the parked car, flashed his phone light inside – only to find the young man pulling up his pants while a girl, said to be between 18 and 20, tried to duck out of sight.
The shocked witness recorded the moment, but the OutLaw was furious. In the footage, he can be heard lashing out, telling the man to “mind his business.” A brief scuffle followed before he sped off into the night.
The witness insists he recognized both the driver and the flashy car from previous drifting scenes linked to the OutLawz. But he couldn’t capture the plate number as the vehicle bolted.
The OutLawz, a group often linked to reckless driving and street drifting, are composed largely of youngsters from wealthy families. Their behavior has drawn public criticism, with some members already serving prison terms for traffic-related offenses.
