DJ Lil Sisqo is the latest subject of controversy on WhatsApp after a video surfaced showing him kissing Norwegian actor, Trond Fausa Aurvåg.

The pair shared a kiss in the famous TV series, Lilyhammer. According to the Gambian actor, tongues were not involved.

He said: “It’s acting and as a professional actor, I tried to work with the script to get the story out without getting too explicit. It's shaded with a shadow and we doing the act of kissing - making the audience believe it's real. I am paid for it, so I acted it. It's a choice.”

Sisqo continued: “The scene came up on the top list of the best scenes in the history of Norwegian cinema. Because of it, it impacted to Trond being the best actor of the year.”

A critic, who prefers anonymity, said it was wrong for the actor to accept a gay man role, saying it is against Gambian culture.

“It was a wrong move he did. I believe one should have morals.  Couldn't he negotiate for another role different from kissing a man?”

Sisqo, who recently bagged a Master’s Degree in England, is one of the most famous Gambian actors in the Diaspora. He is also involved in film production.
