Senegalese rap star Gaston Bandimic has released a new song called "Say Say", which slams Macky Sall and advises Adama Barrow to avoid the Senegalese president.
The single was dropped shortly after the arrest of opposition leader, Ousmane Sonko for rape allegations that his supporters said is part of a plot to block him from running for president in the next elections.
Gaston Bandimic said the Senegalese leader wants to transform their democracy into a dictatorship, advising President Barrow to avoid him before he "pees on him."
The single gathered more than 20,000 likes on Facebook and dozens of comments from his fans.
One Papa Abiboulaye Diagne commented: "You've always been on the side of the people. Thank you, thank you."
Throughout his career, Gaston has never shied away from politicised lyrics – and he’s not holding back in his opposition to Macky Sall’s presidency.
