Police in Dakar, Senegal, have arrested a man for allegedly stealing a sex worker’s wig following an encounter. The suspect’s name has not been released.
According to media reports, the man paid the woman after their meeting. While she went to the bathroom to freshen up, he reportedly seized her wig and fled the scene.
The woman searched for him but was unable to locate him. With the assistance of CCTV footage, police were able to identify and arrest the suspect.
Sources said the stolen wig was worth more than the amount the man had paid for the service.
The case is currently before the court.
