A man has written to What's On-Gambia, asking for help to find a young woman he recently met on Instagram.

He disclosed: "Her name is Bambi. We met on Instagram and started talking. After a few months, we began dating."

The man continued: "On Christmas Eve, she told me she was going to Senegambia. I was unable to join her because I was exhausted after work. That was the last time I heard from her.

"I kept trying her phone and WhatsApp, but it was switched off. I don't know whether she blocked me or something happened to her. I just want to get answers.

According to him, the girl is also unreachable on Instagram. 

"Her account on Instagram is not active. She lives in Brufut, but I don't know her exact address. She used to work at a minimarket before starting her own online business," he said.
