A group of teenagers have drowned while swimming near Palma Rima Beach, according to reports reaching What’s On-Gambia.

A source disclosed: “The police recovered the bodies of seven youngsters who drowned in the ocean during last Sunday Beach.”

Another source revealed that three of the victims were from Manjai Kunda.

“Their ages varied from 12-17 years. The names are Alieu who was around 12, Pa Secka around 17 and Pa Suku also 17.”

What’s On-Gambiawas unable to confirm whether the bodies were handed over to the families. The Sunday Beach claimed lives in the past as well.
