Former Manchester United coach, Louis Van Gaal is the latest international celebrity to visit The Gambia, eating domoda and touring the Greater Banjul Area with his family and friends.

One of his Gambian fans, Buharri Gomez, who was lucky to meet him, disclosed to What’s On-Gambia: “I think he would leave on Wednesday, 16th January. He came with his wife and some friends.”

Louis Van is said to be friends with the manager of Ngala Lodge.

The Dutch coach and former footballer is one of the most decorated coaches in the world, having won 20 major honours in his career.

He was formerly coach of Ajax, Barcelona, AZ Alkmaar, Bayern Munich, the Netherlands and Manchester United.
