Kololi teenager, Fatoumatta Njie has mended her estranged relationship with her mother, Ida Faye, who recently released a damaging audio tape about her.

Ida accused Fatoumatta of trying to snatch her Oslo-based husband Mamudu Sanneh. According to her, the teenager was assisted by one Awa Cham, who works as a marabout.

A source said: “The girl is now back in her mum’s arms. She had no idea about what happened; it was all concocted by the marabout.”

Fatoumatta’s step dad, Mamudu confirmed to What’s On-Gambia that peace has finally returned in his home.  He said it was outsiders that wanted to break his family.

“I am not Fatoumatta’s biological dad, but I started taking care of her since she was six months old. She has apologized to her mum,” said the step dad, adding: Anyone who tries to break my family, billahi I will never forgive you.”
