It’s been a crazy past few months for ST.The Brikama Boyo is now one of the most sought-after artists as his latest single, Aling Domo continues to squash some of the big hit songs in the country.
In a chat with What’s On-Gambia, he said: “My latest single was well-cooked. I know what my fans wanted to hear and that was exactly what I gave them. I always try to rap about things that people face in society and that is why it is always easy for them to relate to my songs.”

One of his fans, Dawda Susso of Brikama said ST is a talented young artist that works hard to please his audience.

“Even 4-year olds in Brikama know about Aling Domo. It is a hit and the whole town is behind their most promising young star.”

For much of the past months, Aling Domo was inescapable at naming ceremonies, weddings, school events, fashion shows – it was everywhere.

Talking about future projects, ST said: “After the month of Ramadan, I am planning to shoot few videos and embark on a nation-wide tour.”

Last Saturday, the Brikama rapper was the main artist at St. George’s School’s graduation in Basse. The venue was packed full of young fans.
