President Adama Barrow has departed the State House on Monday on his second Nationwide Tour as president.
In a press release, his office revealed: "In fulfilment of section 222 (15) of the 1997 Constitution of the Republic of The Gambia, His Excellency, President Adama Barrow will embark on a nationwide tour of the country to dialogue with the public on a variety of pertinent issues in the country."
The duration of the tour is ten days and during this period the president will “connect and engage first-hand with the members of the public on the government’s development blueprint – the National Development Plan, particularly the President’s priority areas.”
Here are the 50 villages and towns that Barrow will be visiting.
