Over the weekend, a young boy reportedly took his father's D25,000 and rented an apartment in Senegambia to spend time with his friends.

One of his friends, speaking anonymously and using the mobile number 397 76**, disclosed: "He stole the money from his father and decided to rent an apartment in Senegambia."

The boy's parents have been searching for him without success.
