Thought the beef between Fatou Camara and Fatou Fatty was over? Think again!

It seems the former GRTS presenter is not yet ready to let it go and she is using her Facebook page and online radio to take swipes at Fatou Fatty.

On Saturday, she relaunched the beef by alleging the president ordered for the appointment of Fatou Fatty as Deputy General Manager of Gamcel.

Fatou wrote: “We got information that the Office of The President has directed the Personnel Management Office (PMO) to appoint Fatou Fatty as the deputy general manager of GAMCEL, the nation's GSM operator.”

The pair’s long-running feud began more than ten years ago when the newly appointed Gamcel boss’ younger sister, Awa Fatty became Fatou’s co-wife.

Speaking to What’s On-Gambia, a Gamcel insider said: “Fatou Fatty’s appointment is no longer news. Fatou Camara got it late. I think she is qualified for the job considering her experience and educational accomplishments.”

The source added: “Remember, she started with Gamcel as a young high school graduate and managed to rise through the ranks.”

Fatou Fatty holds a Master’s Degree from England. Before her appointment as Deputy General Manager she was the manager for corporate services.
