The owner of Chop Restaurant is undoubtedly the best boss in The Gambia’s food industry.
As part of her efforts to thank and motivate her staff for a successful year of business, Mina Jallow recently took them to a luxury getaway at the famous Coco Ocean Resort and Spa.
The staff, who were so happy to be together, were treated like royalty.
Mina shared series of photos Monday on Facebook, including photos of them in the spa and relaxation lounge. The snapshot received many likes and comments from Chop Shop customers.
“The greatest asset of a company is its people. Success is best when it’s shared. Everyone talks about building a relationship with your customers. I think you build one with your employees first,” she captioned the post.
Businessman Ali Hydara was among the first to comment. He wrote: “Look after your staff and they look after your business. You definitely got an awesome team. They are dedicated and hard-working. More business in 2019.”
Facebook user, Princess Savoy C'say also wrote: “Awww this is beautiful; you’ve got great employees, very discipline, hardworking, super friendly, always delivering an outstanding customer service! Well done, Mina Jallow for treating your staff to a pampering session.”
