First birthdays are always special and no exception will be made when Baba turns one in a few days time.

Baba’s first birthday is a big milestone in Gambian tourism. According to information reaching What’s On-Gambia, he is currently the only lion at the Abuko Nature Reserve.

He has been a healthy and happy cub since he arrived in the country from Belgium.  Baba is well loved by tourists who visit the nature reserve.
