The Briks Tone Fiesta has rolled out its 2014 lineup. The one-day festival will take place on the 17th February at the Brikama Boxba mini-stadium. 

Jamaican singer Tenza (Bosslady) and veteran rapper Mo Hawk top the lineup.  Other popular acts include Benjamin, ENC, Pa Bobo Jobarteh, Badibunka, Bala Ranks, ST and Mighty Joe. 

The founder and coordinator of the festival, Marshal Telisman said: “We are now ready and good to go. Our big disappointment is that no business or individual is willing to sponsor us. But thank God, the artists are supportive and committed to the cause and I’m very grateful over that.” 

The Briks Tone Fiesta started in 2010 as a local celebration of Gambian music, and since then has become the biggest festival in Brikama. All proceeds go to the Brikama Health Centre.
