Gambian with courage: From a poor family, Ahmad Gitteh is now among the country’s most charitable young philanthropists. He setup the Gitteh Foundation in 2008 through which he sponsors 29 orphaned school children in the Western Region. 

Gitteh was working as a reporter with GRTS, before he bagged a scholarship to study Electronics and Communications Engineering at the Carleton University in Canada. Originally from Kitty village, just a few kms from Brikama, he is very smart, opinionated and hardworking.
