A Grade 5 pupil at Jiboro Basic Cycle School has impregnated his classmate, according to reliable information reaching What's On-Gambia.

When the discovery was made a few weeks ago, it was alleged that the boy's parents removed him from the school and was quickly rushed to Casamance to stay with some relatives.

According to our source, who lives in the village, the girl's parents visited the school to lodge a complaint with the school headmaster.

However, they were advised to go to the Police to make a report against the boy.
