GTBank Gambia has been awarded “Bank of the Year 2016” by The Gambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry at a ceremony held recently in a local resort. The award is the third to be won by the Bank and the second in a row.
Reacting to the award, the GTBank CEO/MD Bolaji Ayodele said the award was an appraisal of the Bank’s service culture and a challenge for him and his staff to roll up their sleeves to perform even better. He thanked their esteemed customers and partners for their “unwavering support and patronage.”
Earlier in the year, GTBank Gambia received from the UK based Global Banking & Finance Review (GBAF), Best Internet Bank, Gambia 2016, Best Banking Technology, Gambia 2016, and Best Commercial Bank, Gambia, 2016 awards.
GTBank CEO Ayodele also noted that the Banks success was also attributable to the steadfastness of his management and staff and their adherences to the core principals of the Orange Brand which are Simplicity, professionalism, Service. Friendliness, Excellence, Trustworthiness, Social Responsibility and Innovation.
