A Guinean boy has been accused of What's On-Gambia of being "racist" for not supporting the Guinean national team, Syli National during their AFCON Round 16 match against Equatorial Guinea.

In an angry message, he wrote: "You are a fucking racist, Bitch ass!"

Syli National, one of the most popular national teams among Gambian football enthusiasts, progressed to the quarter-final after a 1-0 victory over Equatorial Guinea.

They will face DR Congo on Friday, February 2 at the Alassane Ouattara Stadium, Abidjan. 

Meanwhile, Senegal, the defending champions, were knocked out of the AFCON 2023 by Ivory Coast. They were utterly devastated.
