During a meeting in Manduar, Kiang, President Adama Barrow disclosed his government will in a few months lay the foundation for the construction of a mini-stadium. 

The State House disclosed "labour for the construction of the Mini Stadium will be locally sourced." 

According to them, the Gambian leader made a clarion call for the people of Kiang to support his government’s agenda. 

In fulfilment of section 222 (15) of the 1997 Constitution of the Republic of The Gambia, President Barrow is currently touring the country to dialogue with Gambians. 

The tour will end in Banjul with a mega meeting that is expected to attract thousands of his supporters in the Greater Banjul Area.
