Kololi is becoming a very popular spot among Nigerian prostitutes who line the streets of Senegambia every night to look for customers.

According to a female resident in Kololi, who asked to remain anonymous, the women allegedly live at the Casuarina House, which is located within a stone's throw from the famous Kadi Kadi restaurant.

"It's a big house, but room 8 and 9 is where they bring the men. So many Gambian men have dropped their pants in those two rooms. If you want, just come to Kololi one night and see the men moving in and out of the house. It's always busy there."

The source disclosed that most of the prostitutes are below 25 years old and every week they make over D30,000.

"They have a madam, the woman who brought them to The Gambia. She coordinates their activities and collects all the money they make each night."

She further revealed that some of the prostitutes were on Saturday, June 12, arrested by Kololi Police after a fight over money, but they were later released to continue their business.

Some of the residents in the area are thinking of moving elsewhere.
