For those of you who tuned in to watch the sittings of the Truth, Reconciliation and Reparations Commission (TRRC) this week, you might have noticed a new face among the counsels.

Her name is Aminata Faal, a Law student from the Netherlands.

A source told What's On-Gambia that the young woman is an intern. She is expected to learn more about the duties and responsibilities of a lawyer, especially in The Gambia.

After her summer internship, Aminata is off to the Netherlands to continue her university education.
