U.S based identical twins, Sainey and Alhassan Darboe, UK based IT Specialist Lamin Jammeh and Business Management graduate Abubakar Jammeh , are the brains behind the news website Gunjur News Online.

With their signature accurate and brilliantly written stories, Gunjur News Online has become quite a force to reckon with in the Gambian news arena.

Founded in July 2017, the news platform's popularity continues to grow thanks to the brilliant news reporting and editing by the Darboe twin journalists.

Abubacarr Jammeh serves as Business columnist under the dynamic leadership of the publisher, Lamin Jammeh who helps to keep the wheels of GNO in motion.

The twins started journalism in high school before breezing into the pen pushing profession full time upon graduation from high school. Sainey serves as the editor-in-chief while Alhassan serves as manager and deputy editor.

Sainey graduated with a law degree from the University of The Gambia while Alhassan studied Communications in the U.S.
