Pa Modou Bojang is throwing in the towel —but only for a short time. the famous journalist has announced that he is taking a break from Mengbe Kering beginning November.
Until his break is over, the Brikama-born will take a back seat.
He wrote on Facebook: "From November this year, Pa Modou will be taking the back seat on Mengbe till further notice."
Facebook user Pa Jumbulous Pk commented: "Good luck hope everything is going to be fine. Thank you for serving our nation."
Another fan, Abdoulie Saibou Dampha wrote: "Thank you very much indeed for a good job. We wish you all the best but we are going to miss you Pa Modou Bojang. It's going to be very difficult for us to have your replacement in front of the microphone. We believe that you have a very good team and a good manager. Anyway, thank you for letting us know. May Almighty Allah bless you and grant you long life with good health."
Social media influencer, Saihou Saidily also commented: "Thanks for the update Pa. Whilst you will be really missed, I wish to thank you most profoundly for valuable service to the nation from the days of the struggle to now. Am confident those that would be stepping up tie plate would keep the momentum going. All the best of luck during the period you will be taking back seat."
