He knows how to transform songs into hits. American-born producer, Bilal Samadhi is one of the most sought -after producers in the country. He’s running the Sunland Music studio together with his brother, Hakim.

Bilal is about to release a new compilation, Made in Africa- The Gambia, featuring some of the country’s best-known young singers.

Be Mine

It’s a sweet love song written by Bilal and E-Nyassi. The tune is a proposal song - a man asking for his queen’s hand in marriage. The sound is a fusion of afro beat rhythms and RnB melodies.

This song has international potential and may be the wedding song of 2014. With the beautiful heartfelt vocals of newlywed Amie Dibba and the smooth sound of E-Nyassi, this tune is sure to touch the heart of the listener.

For Your Love

An afro beat tune laced with smooth RnB melodies. It’s a fun summer song with a guest appearance by Gee, who surprises us with a bit of singing in his verse. Bilal, Gee and Double T lace this track with flavorful melodies and masterful flow to keep the listener playing it on repeat.

It is not yet confirmed when exactly the compilation will be released. The plan, according to Bilal, is to give it adequate international promotion.
