Passengers on board a gele gele to Soma have accused a traffic officer at the Bullock Checkpoint of calling them liars.

In a message to What's On-Gambia, one of the passengers alleged: “He insulted us, saying yen yep fenkat ngen." 

The incident occurred when the officer, identified as Tarawally, stopped the gele gele after another driver reported the gele gele driver for overtaking.

“These police officers should learn how to address their fellow human beings.," said the passenger, demanding more courteous treatment from the police.
