The leader of the Gambia Moral Congress (GMC) and former interior minister, Hon. Mai Fatty has tied the knot with Rahmatoulie Jallow. 

The famous politician, who is currently warming up to run for president in December 2021, married the young Fula beauty in a private ceremony on Friday, 2nd April, at Sinchu Sori mosque in the West Coast Region. 

Guests in attendance included the deputy leader of the GMC and other party members. 

Shortly after the knot was tied, Rahmatoulie wrote on her WhatsApp: "Alhamdulilah x3". 

Who's Rahmatoulie? 

She was born and raised in the West Coast Region and holds a West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) diploma. 

Rahmatoulie was the admin. assistant at Badramp Solutions, a construction firm along Kairaba Avenue. 

One of her former colleagues, who begged for anonymity, disclosed to What's On-Gambia: "She resigned shortly after meeting Mai Fatty." 

He added: "They got married less than one month after their first meeting. Everything was so quick, but very private and discreet." 

Rahmatoulie's former workplace and GMC's headquarters are located in the same building.
