He might be new in the Gambian music scene, but Y Dee is tipped to be The Gambia’s next big rap music star.

Signed to Team Gee Music, his recent music video, Jandi Bitala, has already garnered more than 30,000 views online since its release earlier this month.

One of Y Dee’s fans, Kamba Kanteh commented: “Y Dee, you are the best.”

Youtube user, Kawsu Kassama also added: “This song is amazing... I can’t stop listening to this song.”

According to Gambia music pundits, the Brikama-born sprouting star has all the makings to be the country’s next big star.
