A 24-year-old woman, married to a toubab, was arrested on Saturday, September 14, for stealing $10,000 from her "side cock", Mamadi Keita.

According to a source, the pair checked into the Bakadji Hotel on September 13. The next morning, Mamadi discovered that the money he had left in his car was missing.

He reported the incident to the Senegambia Police, leading to the young woman's arrest. CCTV footage from the hotel showed her taking the $10,000 from the car parked outside. 

During interrogation, she admitted to stealing the money, explaining that she gave half of it to her mother for her father's medical treatment in Dakar.

The police were able to recover $4,700, and her toubab husband covered the remaining amount.
