Social media is on fire after a heated exchange between afro-beat singer Uchee and rapper Attack, with their drama spilling all over Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
It all started when Attack took a swipe at Uchee during an online interview, calling him a foreigner and suggesting that if Uchee has Gambian documents, they might have been “obtained illegally.” The rapper boldly added that he would never “beef with a foreigner.”
But Uchee wasn’t having it. Just hours later, he went live to drag Attack, accusing him of being ungrateful.
He revealed that he once offered Attack a place to stay for over six months and reminded him of the times he visited his apartment with Haja Gambia, now a popular influencer.
Uchee didn’t stop there. He also claimed he helped launch Attack’s career, saying he even gave him a microphone to show off his talent.
Still, Uchee insists he won’t drop a diss track against Attack, saying it would be “foolish” because he’s no match for the rapper musically.
As for what started this beef? No one seems to know – but Gambian music fans on social media are enjoying it.
