These adorable twin sisters who hail from Bakau New Town do almost everything together that it only takes people close to them to be able to differentiate them by name.
Adama and Awa attended St Joseph’s Senior Secondary School and are currently employed at Bendavia - a travel agency in Bakau.
The twins both wear the hijab and have the same mannerism.
Although they are now over 20, they still share the same dreams to become successful women in The Gambia.
According to friends, the girls are inseparable.
One of their friends, Alieu Ceesay described them as very amazing: “They are so cool, respectful and honest, very pious and committed to Islam. They fast every Monday and Thursday.”
Because they have the same fashion style, many struggle to tell them apart. Alieu added: “They got so many admirers as twins even though some find it difficult to differentiate who is who.”
