British researchers: Regular sex can help you stay slim

Forget the gym and all the lazy dinner recipes for weight loss, regular sex can help you stay slim, hot and healthy.

A recent study in England revealed that on top of burning around 100 calories an hour, it also triggers the release of a hormone which may stop you overeating.

The lead researcher behind the study, Dr. Caroline Davis said love hormones can affect your eating habits.
