It seems the Wah Sahalat Music Awards (WMA) is going to be one of the biggest star-studded events of the year

Danny Constant and Fanta Ceesay (Madam Horoscope) are set to co- host the evening affair, which takes place on Saturday at the prestigious Jama Hall, Kairaba Beach Hotel.

According to the organizer, Sista Njie Colley, the aim of the WMA is to celebrate Gambian music and musicians.

“It’s definitely going to be a night to remember,” she said during an interview with US-based Gambian Talents radio.

Nominees for the award have already been announced and it includes the big names in the music industry.
