After almost three years, the beef between Fatou Camara and Mama Linguere Sarr has finally come to an end. They ended their feud after the sudden death of Fatou’s eldest brother, who was close to both of them.

Lamin Camara passed away while visiting his siblings in the USA. Taken by the heart-breaking news, Mama was among the first to join the Camara family in mourning the loss.

The Sweden-based social activist wrote on Facebook: “All day I struggled with the words to describe a dear brother and friend, because Lamin was not just Fatou's brother but all of us as well. He loved his family and worked hard to provide and support them in everything they do and that love extended to everyone around him. We pray that Allah grants you the highest Jannah, Lamin.”

She added: “My condolences to the entire Camara kunda family including your wife, Nurse and the kids and in particular to Fatou with whom you shared a special bond within the family.”

The post didn’t go unnoticed by followers. Some of them took to Facebook to commend Mama and Fatou for putting their famous feud to rest.

One Amie Jarjue wrote: “I wish you both knew how desperately the nation was waiting to see this moment arise. You may not be mothers to our nation but you are both part of the legendary public figures to our nation and your unity inspires us. This moment right here is a great teacher to all of us and I believe we will take the opportunity to learn from it. We pray may God protect this relationship and both of you always. Amen. May your brother’s soul continue to rest in peace.”

Another follower with the Facebook name, Awayombeh Borom Swiss commented: “This is really amazing to see these two beautiful ladies back together.”
