Fatoumatta Coker has had enough of people thinking she knows something about Thione  Seck’s recent arrest by the Senegalese Gendarmerie.

Thione was arrested on Wednesday (27th May) after counterfeit Euro notes were found in his house in Dakar. His son, Wally was away in The Gambia to perform two concerts organized by Fatoumatta Coker.

The owner of Elite Modeling Agency has clarified via a Facebook post that she and Wally Seck have nothing but respect for each other as business partners and friends.

“Stop asking me questions about his personal life, because I know nothing about that. What we share is friendship and business and I have his interest at heart,” she wrote.

Since his father’s arrest, details of Wally’s extravagant lifestyle continue to drip out in the Senegalese media, including a report that he owns one of the most expensive cars in Senegal. 

Fatoumatta Vs. haters

Fatoumatta Coker has also hit back at her haters in the best possible way. According to her, some people were quietly sabotaging her event.

She wrote: “Some people say that the Wally show was a flop. I say no to that, but one thing I can say for sure is that me and Wally have one thing in common when someone challenges us and say that it will never happen we prove them wrong and it brings out the best in us.  I have learnt a lot over the weekend.”
