A COVID-19 frontline worker is accused of having sex with a married woman who was in quarantine at the Kunta Kinta Lodge.
He was allegedly among the frontline workers who were deployed to quarantine facilities when he slept with the young woman.
"It happened last year shortly after the borders were opened. My wife was in Senegal for months and upon arrival at the border, she was taken to Kunta Kinta Lodge where she met the frontline worker," said the woman's husband.
He added: "They had sex. Just imagine, this man had sex with my wife while she was under quarantine."
The husband, who claimed to be a farmer in Gunjur, further disclosed the healthcare worker is still exchanging "sexual messages" with his wife.
When asked whether they are still living together after discovering what allegedly happened at the Kunta Kinte Lodge, the heartbroken man said: "Yes, we are together."
He threatened to file a complaint with the Ministry of Health in Banjul.
