He started deejaying in 2008 and since then, he has never looked back.

Today Che Fyah is one of the most in-demand reggae DJs in The Gambia. Not only does his skill on the decks set him apart from hundreds of other DJs, there is something unique and special about him.

His passion for reggae music has seen him rise rapidly, working with some of the world’s finest reggae singers including Norrisman, Lutan Fyah and I-Octane.

In his career that has spanned nearly 10 years, Che Fyah has repeatedly demonstrated that he was born to play reggae music, whether a small venue or huge festival, he has an ability to connect with those in front of him.

The young talented DJ, who is very outspoken on social media, performs at over 120 events across the country every year.

“I run my own sound called The Judgement Sound and every year I tour the country with my crew. I don’t think there is any major town in this country where we have not performed,”” he told What’sOn-Gambia.

Che revealed he is the official DJ of Lutan Fyah and has supported the Jamaican superstar at major festivals in Ethiopia, Senegal and Ghana.

One of his fans said he is a DJ full of life and loves what he does.
