The Gambia's Musa Filly Jobarteh was among the musicians who performed at this year's Celtic Connections festival in Glasgow, Scotland.
The festival, which has become more adventurous and diverse, was attended by over 115,000 music fans, according to the BBC.
Musa Filly took to Instagram to share a video of his performance. He wrote: "I am so excited to share this beautiful moment of my performance with Sidiki Jobarteh and Carllo Yaboy at Celtic Connections in Glasgow. All thanks to Sona Jobarteh."
She continued: "Keep supporting my craft. God bless you all. Proud Gambian."
Multi-award-winning rapper ST commented: " We are proud of you, young king."
Musa is launching his Wakilo EP on April 27 at the Boxba mini stadium in his hometown of Brikama. Thousands of his fans are expected to attend.
