Nobody can predict the future. But there are some talented young artists in the Gambian music scene whose success seems predestined.  

Here are two of them to watch in 2021: 

Chroniko 

From Rebellion D'Recaller to ST, Brikama has a long history of producing talented singers and rappers. You can now add Chroniko to that list.  

His latest music video, Darajo featuring Jizzle has gathered more than 80,000 views on YouTube in less than three weeks.

Hussain Dada 

The Sukuta-born has been impressing Gambian music enthusiasts since he started releasing music. Commenting on his latest music video, No Friends, one of his fans wrote: "I just love him for who he is. I can listen to his songs everyday. The Man with the Golden Voice." 

Hussain has one of those voices that you can instantly pick out from a hundred others.
