Thieves entered Lawyer Christopher E. Mene's office in broad daylight and stole D5000. 

According to a source at the Police Headquarters, they entered the office in the afternoon on Monday (14th December) while the lawyer was away in court defending a client. 

The source disclosed: "Three men armed with a knife entered Mene's office. It happened in the afternoon. They put the knife to the secretary's throat before stealing cash of D5,000 and other valuable items." 

The Police, who are yet to release a statement on the incident, are still to arrest anyone in connection with the burglary.
