Shortly after proposing to her at the Heritage Restaurant, Aqua View, Meta Mbye's boyfriend disclosed in front of their friends that the sprouting socialite never asked him for money.

The pair got married on Sunday, less than one week after getting engaged.

"We have been together for five years and Meta has never called me to ask for money," he said after popping the question.

According to him, the sprouting socialite is very loyal, supportive, and always willing to help out.
