Young Singer, one of The Gambia’s emerging music talents, is preparing to headline the Emang Keh Foroti Concert on November 28 at Yundum Football Field, following the success of his breakout single Emang Keh Foroti.
Born in Brikama and raised between Banjul and Yundum, the artist left a career at the Gambia Ports Authority (GPA) after seven months to pursue music full-time. Since making that decision, he has established himself as one of the country’s most promising performers.
His catalogue includes popular releases such as Bata, Muso, and Koronto, a collaboration with ST. His latest breakthrough came with Emang Keh Foroti, which surpassed one million views on YouTube within four months, marking a significant milestone in his career.
With a growing fan base and increasing recognition beyond The Gambia, Young Singer is widely regarded as one of the country’s rising stars. His upcoming concert is expected to celebrate both his recent achievements and the continued growth of Gambian music on the international stage.
