A banker working at one of the banks along Kairaba Avenue has landed in trouble after allegedly trying to date two best friends without realizing their close bond.
Speaking to What’s On-Gambia, one of the young women revealed: “He asked both me and my best friend out on Facebook Messenger not knowing that we know each other.”
The banker, who is reportedly married with children, is said to have a “good, beautiful and responsible” wife.
According to the girl, she and her best friend initially considered exposing him publicly, but decided against it out of respect for his wife.
“My friend and I wanted to shame him, but because of his wife, we decided not to. She is a good woman,” she explained.
She added in frustration:“I don’t know why some men don’t respect themselves and their wives.”
