Salam What's On-Gambia. I have a story to share about my managing director (name withheld), who has been harassing me for years. He has a history of inappropriate behavior with female employees, often coercing them into relationships. After exploiting them, he makes their work lives unbearable.

One of my colleagues has been in a relationship with him for 15 years. He paid her university tuition and recently promoted her from secretary to finance clerk.

Many of his victims have resigned. Since last year, he has been hostile towards me because I refused his advances. Last week, I exposed him by taking compromising photos. He retaliated by threatening to report me to the Inspector General of Police (IGP).

This man is dangerous. One of his early victims left for the USA to join her husband. Another woman had an 8-year relationship with him, but when she ended it, he made her life so difficult that she eventually resigned. His current partner, who is married, seems to be the only one benefiting from promotions.
